Solution Architect Advisor

We are working with a fintech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for Solution Architect Advisor to join their team.

The package is competitive up to SGD 300k (excluding bonus).

We're looking for a seasoned Solution Architect Advisor with strong B2B SaaS experience to provide strategic technical guidance on architecture, scalability, and modernization efforts. This is a remote-first, senior-level advisory role with occasional on-site collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising execs and engineering on scalable, secure SaaS architectures.

  • Driving architecture roadmaps, platform modernization, and risk management.

  • Leading design reviews, mentoring engineering leaders, and supporting DevOps alignment.
  • Ensuring best practices in multi-tenant, high-availability design, observability, and cost-efficiency.

Must-have experience:

  • 12+ years in software architecture, 6+ in B2B SaaS.

  • Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, APIs, event-driven systems.

  • Strong understanding of security (SSO, OAuth, SAML) and compliance (SOC 2,

    GDPR).

  • Familiar with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Bonus if you have:

  • Fintech advisory experience

  • Past roles like CTO or Principal Architect

  • Experience with multi-region SaaS deployments or open-source contributions
