Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Consultant to join our Singapore team. This role focuses on selling PSG Pre-Approved ERP Software to SMEs and requires a proactive professional with strong B2B sales experience, networking skills, and business development acumen.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in ERP/software sales (e.g. AutoCount, QNE, FACT, Synergix, NetSuite, Odoo) and a ready network of leads/contacts. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting impactful product demonstrations, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and present relevant ERP solutions.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Use CRM/social media tools to track leads, build pipelines, and support marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with management on sales strategies, targets, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
  • Prior sales experience in PSG Pre-Approved Software and knowledge of PSG grant application & claim procedures is a strong advantage.
  • Prior sales experience in AutoCount, QNE, FACT, Synergix, NetSuite, Odoo or similar software is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events when required.
