The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to development of groundbreaking cell therapy products. As a Research Associate, you will engage with world-class scientists while gaining invaluable experience in R&D. You will perform hands-on bench work, ensuring timely project completion and the delivery of key objectives. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will advance our cell therapy pipeline by:

-Executing in vitro and in vivo Proof-of-Concept (POC) research, including culturing, engineering and maintaining mammalian and primary immune cells.

-Meticulous preparation and documentation of protocols and technical documents, experiments and results.

-Performing data analysis, organization, presentation, and delivering timely reports.

-Collaborating with the manufacturing team to develop assays and procedures for manufacturing and quality control.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

-A BS/Ms. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Stem Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Bioengineering or a closely related life sciences field.

-2-3+ years of relevant lab experience (industry or academia), including experience in basic molecular and stem cell biology, genome editing or protein engineering techniques.

-Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and documentation skills.

-A team mindset, integrity in data handling and highly analytical and critical thinking with a genuine passion for innovation and problem-solving

-Experience with in vivo cancer studies, or gene and cell therapy is an added advantage
