**Research Assistant / Associate - Discovery**

PairX Bio Pte. Ltd. (“PairX”) is a venture-backed biotech company developing cutting edge immunotherapies against cancer neoantigens derived from alternative mRNA splicing. The foundational technology was developed by PairX scientific co-founders Prof. David Epstein and Dr. Raymond Lee at DukeNUS Medical School.

PairX focuses on developing a therapeutic platform that identifies novel antigen and corresponding T cell pairs from cancer patients for therapeutic development. We are well-capitalized to develop first-in-class immunotherapies against cancer.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute and troubleshoot experiments to achieve R&D milestones.
- Assist to establish cellular and molecular reagents for pipeline development.
- Evaluate and interpret collected data and prepare written reports.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of research data, inventories, SOPs, maintenance logs, sample processing logs, etc.
- Lab management duties including procurement, maintaining equipment wellbeing by timely scheduling of maintenance/servicing/calibration.
- Support the continued protection, creation, and expansion of company’s intellectual property.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

**Job Requirements**
- BSc in Biomedical Sciences or related disciplines with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
- Experience with in vivoprocedures is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and is able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
