Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to track inventory levels and manage stock replenishment, conduct regular stock take
- Handle customs documentation and clearance processes for international shipments
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to streamline operations and resolve any issues
- Monitor and track shipment progress, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain records of shipping and receiving activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide support to the logistics team in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the shipping process
- Maintain and organize expense reports
- Generate and file invoices and purchase orders for B2B suppliers and clients
- Coordinate daily delivery orders and communicate with the delivery team
- Schedule daily walk-in appointments
- Keep customer order statuses updated
- Follow up with potential customers
- Establish and manage customer profiles using our backend system
- Perform other basic administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in logistics operations or supply chain management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities to resolve logistics issues efficiently
- Basic book keeping skills required
- Prefer to have basic customer service background
- Customer service oriented with an outgoing personality
