Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Assistant to support cross-border marketing, client communication, and daily coordination between our Singapore office and China headquarters. This hybrid position offers flexibility and exposure to international textile business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day business operations and project follow-up.
  • Support marketing plans, presentations, and client proposals.
  • Communicate with global clients and partners on orders and sampling.
  • Collect and organize market and trend information.
  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, meetings, and client visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
  • 2–3 years' experience in business coordination, marketing, or trade.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in textiles or fashion is an advantage.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid model — half-day on-site, half-day remote after training.
