Job Descriptions:

  1. Oversee the operation of store

  2. Ensure the store meets and exceeds operational and financial goals. Responsible for driving and increasing the sales revenues.

  3. Maintain high standards for customer service and salon cleanliness.
  4. Implement store policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  5. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
  6. Coordinate with the head office for any required support or directives.
  7. Managing cashiering/POS duties.

  8. Be a role model for excellent customer service.

  9. Team performance planning

  10. Provide initial training and ongoing development opportunities for staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

  11. Create a positive, conducive and collaborative environment to keep the teams motivated.

  12. Support the team and ensure that they can meet team's performance KPI.

  13. Manage staff schedules and shift effectively for daily operation

  14. Create and maintain an efficient staff schedule that meets the needs of the business and ensures adequate coverage during operating hours.

  15. Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in staffing levels, business volume, and special events.
  16. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding working hours, breaks, and overtime.

  17. Handle any staffing issues, such as absences or conflicts, in a timely and professional manner.

  18. Handle administrative tasks related to store operation

  19. Oversee daily financial operations, including cash handling, bank deposits, and expense tracking.

  20. Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  21. Process and approve vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  22. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
  23. Prepare regular reports on store performance for senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Display exemplary leadership and ensure smooth operations of the day-to-day activities in all outlets.
  • With 5-10 year of experience in beauty/spa industry.
  • Familiar with body massage therapy, facial services, head/hair spa services.
  • Able to converse in English & Chinese. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends.
  • Singaporean preferred.
