Job Description

* Provide guidance and expertise on employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary matters, performance concerns, and policy interpretations in APAC.
* Conduct thorough, timely, and unbiased investigations on workplace complaints, ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws in APAC.
* Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks while balancing employee experience and business needs.
* Analyse ER trends and recommend proactive solutions to foster an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing workplace.
* Support the development and delivery of training programs on ER topics for managers and HR partners.
* Drive consistent application of ER policies and processes across the region, ensuring alignment with global standards.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business, or a related field.
* At least 10 years of experience in employee relations, HR business partnering, or employment law within multinational companies for APAC region.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in Singapore; regional exposure is an advantage.
* Excellent investigation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion, empathy, and sound judgement.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across levels.
