Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance Management
  • Drive and monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and retail campaigns.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and manage retail store teams.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance check-ins.
  • Identify training needs and support upskilling initiatives.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee store operations, ensuring SOP compliance, stock integrity, and VM standards.
  • Manage store rosters, opening/closing procedures, and shift coverage.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock takes and replenishment.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure high-quality customer service across all stores.
  • Handle customer complaints/escalations as needed.
  • Champion NPS and other customer feedback tools.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee recruitment, on boarding processes.
  • Use store data and staff feedback to inform HR initiatives like incentives, training, or recruitment.
