What You'll DoTraining & Development
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and map training requirements.
- Implement impactful training programmes and maintain learning dashboards.
- Coordinate logistics, liaise with providers, and manage training records on SharePoint.
Health & Wellness
- Drive health screenings, wellness talks, and sports activities.
- Create and share engaging health-related content to promote wellbeing.
Employee Engagement
- Organise service awards and recognition programmes.
- Plan exciting engagement events and support climate surveys with data insights.
Governance & Compliance
- Assist in audits and certifications related to training.
- Ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Finance & Procurement
- Manage training budgets, funding applications, and procurement processes.
- Handle Purchase Orders, invoices, and payroll documentation.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare monthly reports and manage asset documentation.
What You Bring- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in HR or L&D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and SharePoint.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
