We're looking for friendly, motivated people to join us as Insurance Telesales Executive . No experience? No problem We'll teach you everything you need to know.

Key Responsibilities

Needs Analysis & Advisory:

  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate insurance policies.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and campaign KPIs, including call quality.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up on renewals and handling issues professionally.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer data and sales activity logs in CRM systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure all call interactions and processes comply with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Cross-selling & Up-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional or upgraded insurance products to customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare application and administrative documents for policy issuance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining policies and building rapport.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to interact professionally and build relationships with clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems and other computer software is necessary.
  • Sales Aptitude: A proven track record or interest in telesales and achieving sales targets is beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
  • Compliance Mindset: A commitment to following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Minimum education : GCE 'A' Levels, Local Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
