You will have the opportunity to be:

Part of a cohesive team that provides strategic advice to clients in various transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions and capital raising exercises (equity fund raising, private credit, acquisition financing etc.)

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to managing directors and working with senior team members, you will support M&A deals in terms of origination and execution:

  • Participating in live M&A and fund-raising exercises.
  • Perform valuation analysis (comparable company analysis, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis etc.) using best practice techniques and applying sound commercial judgment.
  • Assist in market and industry research.
  • Preparation and organisation of documents for origination - pitch books, teasers, information memorandums.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating internal transaction databases and other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Past relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, management consulting, or any other related fields.
  • Be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Economics or a relevant degree from a recognised institution.
  • Have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Possess sound knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Prior experience in valuation analysis and financial modelling is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in financial data platforms like Capita IQ and Bloomberg Terminal is a plus.
  • Singapore Citizen or PR-only.
