[What the role is]

This position provides comprehensive coverage for innovation portfolio management and event coordination. The candidate will cover key innovation initiatives including managing MVP Awards and SLA Transformation Awards from nomination through to award ceremony execution, coordinating/execution of bi-annual CE appreciation lunches, and processing InnoFund applications. Responsibilities include driving innovation publicity efforts, supporting InnoServ operations, conducting reviews of innovation, service incentives and perform any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

[What you will be working on]

  • To provide cover and handle the innovation portfolio (MVP Awards nomination and award ceremony, SLA Transformation Awards nomination and award ceremony, CE appreciation lunch (twice a year), InnoFund applications, Innovation publicity, InnoServ
  • Review of innovation and service incentives
  • Assist the team in Business Continuity intiatives
  • Other duties/tasks as assigned by the supervisor

[What we are looking for]

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent project management and time management
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to work collaboratively in teams and independently as needed
  • Experience in public sector administration is an advantage
  • This is a 1-year contract position
