We are one of Singapore's top destinations for buying, selling, and trading pre-owned luxury timepieces. As our business grows, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in the luxury watch or pawnshop industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willing to work retail hours, including weekends (5-day work week).

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers and respond to phone enquiries professionally.
  • Provide after-sales service support for watch repairs and maintenance.
  • Inspect, package, and handle luxury watches with care.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support operations.
  • Maintain and update inventory records.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth daily operations.
