What the day will look like
As a Talent Consulting full-time Intern, you will closely worth with the team of consultants across the client engagement and project execution process, to understand their business, client needs, and the project lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be to research trends, conduct analysis and produce polished communication materials—including PowerPoint presentations, proposals, videos, and other formats as necessary—that effectively convey solutions and proposals for prospective clients.
- Project Delivery: Work with experienced consultants on talent & rewards related projects (e.g. Job Architecture Design, Salary Structure Design, Competency Framework Design etc.) and become familiar with critical talent challenges that top level clients from varying industries are facing
- Analysis and Insights: Validate and analyse organizational data received for consulting projects to develop reports. Conduct statistical analysis and modeling of data for consulting projects/studies
- Research: Provide research to support development of proposals, reports, webinar materials and white papers/articles
- High-Quality Document Preparation: Prepare engaging and professional Consulting Deliverable materials including PowerPoint presentations, PDF reports, proposal documents, and occasionally video content.
- Client-Facing Materials: Work with Senior Consultants to understand client needs and tailor proposals and presentations that effectively address business challenges and solutions.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Marketing field will be preferred
- Proven expertise in creating high quality content
- Detail orientated, with attention to details
