Job Descriptions

  1. Plan, execute and supervise all Building Maintenance Engineer related facilities services. Assist the manager to manage all building related works.
  2. In Charge of building services, system operations and the maintenance on-site. Conduct regular inspection of existing building and its services to ensure that all maintenance program are implemented effectively in strict compliance with guidelines.
  3. To ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.
  4. Ensure effective and safe operations of all Building Services' equipment and system with the team of technical officers and technicians.
  5. Coordinate and supervise the building and maintenance work. Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works.
  6. Carrying out regular inspection and provide recommendation for improvement or rectification work if needed. Conducting regular inspection to ensure all maintenance program are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
  7. Perform troubleshooting and analyse faults and provide recommendation for sustainable and cost- effective solutions.
  8. Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the project team to resolve any technical issues. Attend M&E related meetings and involve in the preparation of related reports.
  9. Monitor work progress, drawings and other relevant documents related to building works. Involve in quotation and fault reports.
  10. Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating of mechanical, electrical, and building works. Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of works. Prepare and following up closely on any query and quotations (standard schedule of rate and source for contractors and materials).
  11. Have ability to do proposal for building rectification , renovation works etc.
  12. Able to lead a team of technicians to do PM, BM & A&A work.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Building / Construction/ Civil/  Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
  2. Building /M&E Facilities Management or related M&E fields or FM operations background with at least 3 years of Singapore relevant experience will be an added advantage.
  3. Good knowledge of building works , i.e. water proofing, carpentry, building repair work, office renovation. Good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel application for generating schedule, maintenance reports.
