Responsibilities Oversee and manage the operational efficiency of all building systems, serving as the primary point of contact for all building services-related matters. Ensure the premises comply with safety, operational, and regulatory standards, while optimising energy usage, enhancing sustainability, and ensuring occupant comfort. Monitor service delivery and performance against key contractual obligations and regulatory requirements, ensuring all systems operate within agreed parameters. Proactively identify and recommend solutions for service disruptions or KPI failures, tailoring these solutions to meet client needs while aligning with industry best practices. Contribute to performance review meetings by offering insights and actionable strategies to enhance service delivery and mitigate operational risks. Collaborate closely with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance and improvement projects, while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Degree or professional certification in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in delivering Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, either in a contractor or facilities management role. Demonstrated expertise in managing key building systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire safety, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure. Strong knowledge of building statutory regulations, maintenance strategies, and energy efficiency practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in building management systems (BMS), Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
