Central Region, Singapore Manpower Staffing Services (S) Pte Ltd - Head Office Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Support Singapore and Hong Kong business units in setting up and maintaining various asset types (e.g. Equity, Bond, Option) in the Avaloq system.
  • Enrich structured product lean assets based on Termsheet details and liaise with the Product team for clarification when necessary.
  • Set up and maintain Business Partners, Containers, Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI), and Money Accounts to support operations.
  • Reformat and upload Termsheets for client documentation purposes.
  • Participate in new initiatives and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with policies, regulations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Wealth Business and other stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues and risks promptly to the Team Leader or Department Head.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
  • Prior experience in asset static data management or financial operations.
  • Familiarity with Avaloq system is good to have.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
