Job Responsibilities

Middle Office – Trade settlements

  • Main coverage for Fixed income & Sales Trading Middle Office function, specifically handling trade booking and settlements as well as team revenue tracking.

  • Trade booking and settlement are done smoothly without regulatory breaches or errors.

KYC/client-onboarding

  • Handling KYC process for new client account onboarding and periodic KYC reviews for existing clients.

  • Customer's KYC is completed within set due deadlines so that the business can maintain business with new/existing customers.

Other Admin

  • Support team for business administrative tasks, such as travel arrangement, submission of E&G (entertainment and gifts) visa application and settlement of such expenses.

  • Team's administrative work are handled within set timeline without errors or internal policy breach

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder in any field

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the banking and financial industry

- Experience in Fixed Income middle office, trade support and settlement & understanding of KYC process

  • Proficiency in Bloomberg TOMS is advantageous, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
