Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; perform GRPO transactions in ERP.
  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Pick and pack orders according to standards; prepare shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
  • Ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.
  • Use a company vehicle for order collection and delivery; maintain a clean and organised vehicle.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery, following company policies and procedures.
  • Safely operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; perform routine maintenance and report issues.
  • Maintain and service warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Record stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy in ERP.
  • Organize and store inventory; ensure proper labeling and storage for easy access.
  • Follow 5S housekeeping standards and maintain warehouse security.
  • Address and resolve issues related to orders, collections, or deliveries promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.
  • Adhere to Naval Group Far East's procedures and requirements.
  • Sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues and address operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Warehouse Operator or in a similar role.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Proficiency with SAP B1 or any other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (> 10kgs as needed) and perform physical tasks.
  • Reach truck license or Training in operating a reach truck will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to communicate well in email.
  • Committed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to commit for 2 to 4 months.
