Singapore DM INTERIOR DESIGN PTE. LTD. Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Interior Design Quantity Surveyor Position is Now Open Salary negotiable for exceptional candidates

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

  • At least Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience.

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Interior Design industry preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects.

  • Source and evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.

  • Track project costs and monitor variations, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

  • Conduct site measurements, prepare progress claims, and manage final account settlements.

  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and designers to ensure project cost control and timely reporting.

  • Coordinate with project team to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
