Job Title: Interior Design Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced interior design quantity surveyor to fill this challenging role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of interior design and fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with strong knowledge of local construction and ID materials.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgeting, cost control, and monitoring
  • Analyze drawings, estimate quantities, and prepare quotations
  • Evaluate and prepare payment certificates for subcontractors/specialists
  • Collaborate with the finance team on monthly projected cash flow

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in quantity surveying, building, interior design, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction QS roles (Singapore experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
