Interior Design Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our interior design department, you will be responsible for providing cost estimates, managing budgets, and overseeing the execution of interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, taking into account materials, labor, and other expenses.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and monitor variations to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  • Tender Submissions: Prepare and submit tender proposals for interior fit-out projects, ensuring that all necessary documentation is included.
  • Subcontractor Management: Source and evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders as required.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
  • Education: At least Diploma holder.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
