Job Scope:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, including payments, payroll, and credit control functions.
  • Establish and maintain sound financial policies, processes, and procedures to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition and accruals.
  • Strengthen internal controls, proactively identify financial risks, and implement effective mitigation measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformation of finance operations while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage payroll budgeting and cost control.
  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of finance and reporting systems (e.g., SAP).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, ACCA, Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 15 years of accounting / finance experience.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
