Beauty Training Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular training sessions on skincare, product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques across all outlets.
  • Collaborate with Directors on product launches and promotions; deliver relevant training to frontline staff.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and manuals to ensure consistency in service standards.
  • Perform skill assessments, on-the-job coaching, and role-playing to reinforce learning and improve performance.
  • Support video shoots for training, marketing, and promotional use.
  • Liaise with KOLs during treatments to ensure seamless collaboration and brand alignment.
  • Monitor hygiene standards through regular audits; implement duty rosters and recommend improvements.
  • Manage customer complaints, conduct refresher workshops, and propose upskilling plans based on performance feedback and industry trends.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in retail, beauty, or training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel across outlets and overseas for training assignments.
