Job Posting: Fitness Admin Personnel / Gym Trainer Prospect (Contractual)
Contract Duration: 6–12 months (interim)
Location: Cashew
Working Hours: Shift work
Salary: $2,000/month (admin role)
Role Scope – Fitness Admin Personnel:- Respond to general enquiries and manage complaints or feedback professionally.
- Provide briefings on gym facilities to members and visitors.
- Assist with staff onboarding and coordination.
- Perform regular equipment checks to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the gym.
- Enforce gym rules and ensure compliance by users.
- Handle data entry and prepare reports as required.
- Candidates interested in becoming gym trainers can be sponsored for certification.
- Sponsorship comes with a 15-month bond after certification (3 months probation + 12 months service).
- Salary will increase to $2,500/month post-certification.
Payment will be provided for any work done during the training course.
