We're looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Admin to manage inventory, handle documentation, and support daily operations at our site/store.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries
  • Issue materials and tools to site teams
  • Update daily logs and reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in storekeeping or admin roles preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, etc.)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and responsibly
  • Physically fit to handle materials if needed
