As a Medical Transcriptionist (5.5 days), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Review and transcribe recorded dictations from physicians with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Convert medical dictations into clear, comprehensive diagnostic test results and formal reports.

  • Identify and address any discrepancies, errors, or missing information that may affect the integrity of patient care documentation.

  • Submit transcribed health records to physicians for verification and approval.

  • Maintain strict compliance with patient confidentiality protocols and legal documentation standards.

  • Systematically file and upload finalised reports to the appropriate records management systems.

  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a min Diploma in any discipline, with a understanding of medical terminology and abbreviations.
