We are seeking detail-oriented and highly skilled transcriptionists to join our remote team. In this part-time role, you will convert audio recordings into accurate written documents.

This position is ideal for individuals who have excellent listening skills, strong language proficiency, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them into written format with accuracy.
  • Proofread and edit transcriptions to ensure proper grammar, spelling, and context.
  • Follow specific formatting guidelines as provided by the client or company.
  • Handle a variety of transcription projects, including interviews, meetings, lectures, and legal or medical recordings.
  • Meet established deadlines for transcription tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to address questions or clarifications regarding audio files.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong listening and comprehension skills in English.

Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation abilities.

Proficiency in using transcription software and tools (e.g., Express Scribe).

Familiarity with a variety of accents and audio quality levels.

High typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 words per minute preferred).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
