**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Listen to the recorded dictation of doctors.
- Transcribe and interpret the dictation into diagnostic test results and reports.
- Make sure the transcription is correct, complete and has a consistent style.
- Identify inconsistencies, error and missing information within a report that could compromise patient care.
- Submit health records to physicians for approval.
- Follow patient confidentiality/guidelines and legal documentation requirements.
- Filing and upload transcribed reports.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- At least GCE 'N"/ 'O' Levels, Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field
- Related working experience in healthcare and understanding of medical terminology/ abbreviations/ jargon will be an added advantage
- Strong computer/typing skills. Proficient in MS Office Advantage
- Meticulous, eye for details, precise, organised and efficient
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Effective team player and able to work in fast paced environment

- 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday; Half Saturday)
