Job Descriptions

  1. Manage a team of in-house Technicians, Technical Officers and sub contractors (including scheduling / roster planning) to carry out day-to-day building and facilities maintenance soft services. Assisting the Manager in supervising soft services such as security, cleaning, landscape, pest control services etc.
  2. Develop and implement preventive / corrective facilities maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations of services.
  3. Managing and fostering relationships with team/vendors and other key stakeholders through effective communications, collaboration, and engagement.
  4. Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors or vendors to ensure timely maintenance works are done effectively.
  5. Attend to feedback / complaint / incidents and submitting incident report accordingly.
  6. Monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and review .
  7. Administration of service or term contracts including cost comparisons and negotiation for contract renewal/ replacement of building M&E services.
  8. To track, monitor and update maintenance schedule for all soft services. Assist in report generation.

Job Requirements

  • Facilities management background with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Min Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management or Building or Engineering or Real Estate or any equivalent.
  • Well versed in the Soft Services Facilities Management. Good Knowledge of building facilities maintenance.
  • Good Customer Service & Client Relationships . Good Facilities Operations and Improvements.
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft application.
