Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day administrative and human resource support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Administrative support to Managing Director and HR & Admin Manager.
- Preparation of meeting rooms for meetings and trainings.
- Providing IT supports to the IT Director - keeping record of software licences, record of issuance of IT items to employees, etc.
- Check and process monthly claims.
- Organising company's events like exhibitions, CSR activities, company's cohesion activities, etc.
- Printing of office collaterals and marketing materials.
- Upkeeping and maintenance of office equipment and company's environment.
- Upkeeping of training records for ISO.
- Ensure proper filing and recording.
- Maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment.
- Attending to guests and visitors.
- Support other team members and departments as needed.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Assist in any adhoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level Qualification.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Sense of integrity and initiative.
- Able to work as a team and also independently.
