
HR & Office Administrator (5.5 days, Construction Industry)

Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR and office management functions
- Provide payroll support in calculation of employee overtime and verification of timesheets
- Track employee attendance and leave management
- Provide support to employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records
- Organising and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Purchase of office supplies and pantry items whenever required
- Overseeing workers' accommodation or dormitory by arranging servicing, repairing or inspection services
- Liaise with contractors or vendors for facility support activities
- Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or NITEC in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in HR & office administration role, preferably within the construction industry
- Candidate who can start work within short notice will be advantageous
