Senior Assistant Manager, FP&A

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dynamic and insightful analytics to support strategies that ensure affordable healthcare and long-term financial sustainability.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, providing financial advisory support to various Business Units.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process through detailed financial analysis and review.
  • Prepare accurate, concise, and timely management reports to facilitate performance reviews with senior management.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
  • Undertake special projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field with Minor in Finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in healthcare industry, management accounting, or data analytics is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
