Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the architectural team to deliver high-quality design and construction outputs in line with project specifications, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate architectural design, drawings, and specifications with consultants, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Review and approve architectural plans for accuracy, buildability, and compliance with regulatory requirements, codes, and standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • CONQUAS Manager Certificate is mandatory.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in building projects, with proven leadership in architectural management.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, and other architectural software.
