Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development process from conceptual to construction stage for interior fit-out projects.
  • Prepare design proposals, layout plans, material selections, mood boards, and presentation visuals.
  • Develop tender, construction, and shop drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
  • Coordinate design intent with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project team.
  • Support tender submissions with technical drawings and material specifications.
  • Monitor design timelines, prepare progress reports, and assist with site coordination when necessary.
  • Ensure design compliance with regulations, standards, and project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or renovation industry (preferably commercial or healthcare).
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in project documentation, detailing, and construction processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and practicality.
  • Highly adaptable, organized, and able to manage tight schedules.
