Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Implementation Manager who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders. You'll be a part of the Wise Platform team, leading the most impactful projects and programmes of work in order to expand our growing list of global partners, helping us deliver world class payment service solutions to our partners and their customers across the APAC region.

We've launched partnerships with the likes of Morgan Stanley, Google Pay, Nubank, N26, Monzo, GMO, Aspire and Bank Mandiri, and today have 70+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform.

We are looking for a Senior Implementation/Program Manager to join our team in Singapore to play a crucial role in growing Wise Platform by delivering our highest impact partner integrations. You'll be helping to achieve our regional growth targets while working closely with our Solutions Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operational and Sales teams to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex implementations with the world's biggest banks and businesses. You will implement both new and existing solutions across markets, overcoming blockers along the way with in-depth problem solving and strong influencing skills, leveraging strong program management experience to deliver on time, high quality integrations. You should be equally comfortable in both a business and technical context, adept at building trust across all stakeholder groups: executives, engineers, external partners, and internal teams.
