Job Summary:

Job Details:

  • Working timing: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.45pm
  • Working location: Jurong Island (Both ways transport pick up from major MRT stations, 18 MRT pickup points)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and secretarial tasks.
  • Coordinate and assist with scheduling of appointments, meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Manage and replenish office and pantry supplies as required.
  • Provide support to inter-departmental teams when necessary.
  • Liaise with external parties including guests, visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist with processing purchase orders, office/pantry supply requests, hotel bookings, and flight arrangements.
  • Track and update purchase orders, job progress, and delivery status.
  • Reconcile purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain document management and filing systems.
