HR Intern @ ACP – Where Passion Meets Purpose

Do you love working with people and want to see how HR shapes a company from the inside out? At ACP, we're on the lookout for a curious and energetic HR Intern to join our team

This isn't just another internship — it's your launchpad into HR. You'll get hands-on experience, work on meaningful projects, and see how HR impacts real people and business outcomes .

What You'll Be Doing

You'll rotate across 3 key HR pillars so you leave with a 360° experience:

Recruitment

  • Craft and post fun, engaging job ads on top job portals
  • Help draft employment documents (offer letters, contracts & more)
  • Coordinate interviews & connect with awesome candidates

Retraining

  • Propose cool training courses for team growth
  • Collect & compile feedback to measure training impact
  • Work with leads to evaluate post-training performance

Retention

  • Support staff benefits & leave schemes
  • Learn how leave policies align with MOM regulations
  • Prep leave reports for payroll
  • Help organize team bonding events, festive celebrations & CSR activities
