Work with our Digital Marketing team and craft engaging content and capture your audience's attention.

You will be a valued member with a voice at the table in a family oriented culture with a flat hierarchy and plenty of growth opportunities at La Levain, and our sister brands Mdm Ling Bakery and JU Signatures.

This can be a credit or non credit bearing diploma/degree internship.

Time period: March to September 2025 (start dates flexible).

**What you will learn/do:

- Take high-quality photos and videos and edit them to ensure visual consistency across all channels
- Craft engaging captions and headlines that capture our brand's voice and tone, resonating with our target audience
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, providing recommendations for new tactics and strategies to improve
- Analyze performance data of organic and paid campaigns to assess ROAS, engagement rates, and other key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
- Use SEO and design thinking to improve the user experience and increase engagement on our digital platforms

Who you are:

- Understand how social media platforms and digital marketing tools work
- Possesses organisational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of content creation skills is a bonus
- A self-starter who is comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A creative thinker with excellent communication skills, able to develop engaging content and craft compelling messages that capture your audience's attention and drive action
