Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced Test Manager to join their team in Tampines. In this role, you will manage and lead the Test Engineering team, ensuring high-quality test processes and supporting production for server and rack products. You will play a key part in driving process improvements, implementing test programs, and enhancing team capability.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Test Engineering team to execute test activities for server & rack products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to design, implement, and maintain test programs
  • Provide technical guidance on process improvements and the introduction of new projects
  • Support production operations in resolving technical or process issues
  • Conduct training and mentorship to enhance team skills and performance
  • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and RBA requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in server, rack, or electronics manufacturing
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Linux and SAP preferred
  • Familiar with testing methods, programming, and debugging
  • Proven ability to analyze issues and implement improved testing strategies to enhance product quality
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
