Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10am – 7pm) (hybrid working arrangement)

Working Location: Central

Salary Package: Up to $5,500 (with VB and AWS)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer (Automation) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving automated test solutions to ensure the quality of our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements to identify test automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to understand end-to-end workflows and create effective automated test scenarios.
  • Maintain and enhance automation scripts using the existing Selenium + TestNG framework, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Lead defect triage, perform root cause analysis, and support troubleshooting efforts.
  • Analyse regression test results, identify and document defects, and track them through resolution.
  • Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and the effectiveness of automation processes.
  • Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automation scripting for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Proficient in Java programming with strong experience in Selenium and TestNG.
