Urgent: Debug/Test Technician

Responsibilities:
- Support engineers in performing all debug/test-related activities for server and rack products during production.
- Conduct and manage server and rack run-in test processes.
- Perform and maintain burn-in and power test procedures.
- Troubleshoot and analyze production test failures, collaborating with engineers to improve product quality.
- Assist in production mass runs.
- Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in Engineering with 1–3 years of experience in server and rack manufacturing environments.
- Able to collaborate effectively with peers, supervisors, customers, and HQ/factory counterparts.
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
- Good understanding of testing concepts, procedures, and methodologies.
- Basic programming and debugging knowledge relevant to test functions.
- Willing to perform shift work.
