Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative paperwork related to sales, purchases, and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records for all jewelry pieces (incoming and outgoing).
  • Assist with order processing, invoice generation, and after-sales service documentation.
  • Manage and update customer databases.
  • Support the marketing team with product data entry and catalog updates.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all valuable items.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for certificates, invoices, packing lists, and sales documents.
  • Assist in packaging ready goods for shipment.
  • Receive finished jewelry items from production, verify quantity and quality, and update inventory records accordingly.
