Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate building maintenance operations, ensuring all systems run safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections, identify faults, and recommend cost-effective solutions for building services.
  • Supervise technical teams and contractors to execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Liaise with clients and project teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of works.
  • Monitor progress, manage documentation, and follow up on inquiries, quotations, and reports.Follow on site daily PM plan (customer site).

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec in Building Services / Civil or relevant
  • 3 years work experience in building environment
