Responsibilities:
- To carry out installation, repair and preventive maintenance of customers' multi-function devices (e.g. Multi Function Printer, Production Printing Printers and its related devices) including software application
- To provide timely and active customer service
- To record and submit all service data and reports as and when required
- Problem analysis/diagnosis of users' technical problems
- Perform Connectivity setup & troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least O Level/ a Nitec-Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/ Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent for Technician Level.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
- Possesses basic IT knowledge.
- Preferably with technical/hands-on experience in troubleshooting of monochrome and color printers will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
