About the Role

Step into the world where K-fashion meets lifestyle streetwear. We're looking for energetic and style-savvy Retail Associates to join our team You'll be the face of the brand — delivering top-tier service and driving a one-of-a-kind shopping experience that reflects MLB's bold attitude and trend-driven DNA.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Welcome and engage customers with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
  • Assist with styling, fitting, and product recommendations to elevate the customer's look
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times
  • Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, housekeeping, and BOH organization
  • Achieve sales targets through excellent customer service and teamwork
  • Be a brand ambassador, keeping up with MLB's latest collections and campaigns
Who You Are
  • Prior experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred
  • Passion for streetwear, fashion trends, and customer engagement
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
