Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update shipment status daily to ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse personnel to prevent delays and resolve logistics issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage key export documents such as Letter of Credit (LC) and Bill of Lading drafts (BL).
  • Handle supporting documents including Insurance Proposals, Declaration of Carrier, Verified Gross Mass (VGM) Form, Certificate of Origin, and Certificate of Quality.
  • Process additional required forms such as GST Form (Goods Return from Customer), Verification of Permit, and other export-related documentation.
