Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contract lead, managing all contractual and commercial aspects of the project.
  • Lead project activities in full compliance with Keller's policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Safeguard Keller's contractual rights and proactively manage liabilities, risks, and opportunities to maximise project profitability.
  • Oversee departmental operations, including project budgeting, claims processing, payment management, final account settlement, and proper documentation control.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various construction contract agreements and subcontractor terms.
  • Manage procurement and subcontract awards, ensuring compliance with company procurement procedures.
  • Handle post-contract matters such as variation orders, time extensions, claims, and amendments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Law.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong sense of accountability with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Positive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and decision-making abilities, with experience managing disputes effectively.
  • Highly disciplined and professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of driving continuous improvement in project execution.
