1. Job Description
- Installation, Maintenance and Support Services for Client's Systems
These include, but no limited to, the following services:
To coordinate and manage maintenance activities arising during duty
To perform Defect Management and reporting for the maintenance equipment.
To oversee the completion of maintenance & repair work performed by the client appointed maintenance contractors at the client's system sites, for both corrective and preventive maintenance
To coordinate repair/ maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information with client appointed maintenance contractors, including arranging for preventive and corrective maintenance
To perform standby duty at client's operations centres for immediate response to systems fault, and to conduct system health monitoring and daily checks
To attend to faults raised by ops users and provide technical support o ops users, keeping them updated on the status of the faults raised
